Repeat prescriptions

If you are on regular medication, please contact the surgery and select option 1 to be put through to our automated prescription line and leave your request for us. The prescriptions will normally be ready for collection within 2 working days. Alternatively you can speak to our reception staff or hand in a prescription re-order form.

Registering patients

In order to register with the practice must bring your passport and either your NHS medical card or an official document bearing your name and address. Our practice can only take on patients who live within our catchment area with a postcode of G42 0

Making an appointment

Appointments to see the doctor or nurse are made by telephoning the surgery or attending in person. In order to ensure we are providing the best possible care to you, our trained reception staff will ask you the reason for your visit. The reason for this is to ensure you have the apprioprate care by the apprioprate health care professional. This may or may not be the GP and the receptionist will help you decide. It also allows our GP's to prepare in advance for your appointment.

We understand that patients are occasionally unable to keep appointments. If this is the case, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so that your appointment may be offered to someone else
